Human Resource - Horizon Consulting, Inc is currently looking for applicants who are passionate about Human Resources, finance and accounting to work in a Professional Oriented Environment.
Position has room for growth and learning,

Provide administrative support to the HR and Finance/Accounting departments including but not limited to correspondence, calendaring, phones, filing, and all necessary clerical functions.
• Maintain HR paperwork regarding new hiring, termination, personnel information changes, transfers, status changes, job changes, personnel files, worker’s comp, processing background checks etc.
• Assist with recruiting needs such as posting ads, resume review, scheduling interviews.
• Verification and maintenance of I-9 documentation.
• Complete employment verifications with set of welcome kit documents.
• Respond to employee requests and/or questions as needed.
• Assist with planning and coordinating with internal team as needed.
• Responsible for collecting weekly approved time sheets from active employees.
Highly recommended to also help with the following Duties;
• Assist with recruiting needs such as posting ads, resume review, scheduling interviews.
• Work with BDM to get new Client/Vendor and help in growth of the company,.
Oversee the following Duties :
• ?HR, Payroll duties, Factor reconciliation and undertake other duties as assigned.
• Working with Accounts team for invoice generation for customers and vendors.
• Oversee AR, billing, check deposits and Organize receipts
• Work with Accounts team on Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements
• Make sure monthly account team does Quick Books AR & AP mapping with Bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations and reconcile intercompany transactions

Requirements: • Accounting/Finance and Human Resources Assistant: 1-3 years (Minimum)
• Bachelors Degree
• Must have experience in creating forms in Microsoft word, Excellent Excel skills and MS Outlook.
• Experience with Staffing Company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and able to drive a end to end HR & Accounts
